Pankaj Sathe is the Executive Director of KPIT Cummins. Based in UK, in his current role, Pankaj is responsible for global sales operations and customer acquisition. Operating as a close partner to customers, he drives the development of solutions and service offerings to accelerate growth and profitability. He has been instrumental in KPIT Cummins' growth in Europe across France, Germany and Scandinavia. He was instrumental in successfully establishing local presence in key geographies and integrating acquisitions with the parent organization. Prior to joining KPIT Cummins, he has worked with companies like HCL, Ranbaxy and Godrej in the areas of sales, marketing and business management. Pankaj is an engineer and has a Masters in Business Administration. He is an active member of IEEE and enjoys studying war history and traveling.
