The above said consignment having a value of Rs. 1, 00,000.00 (Rupees One Lakh only) has been wrongly delivered to some other party. Bearing this when we raised a complaint there has been no proper reply from VRL’s Regional Office .We raised it with VRL’s Head Office, Admin office & the Corporate office. We also communicated with each of all the VRL’s Board of directors. So far all of them have not replied to this complaint. We expected the above company who is the largest fleet owner in India with 4077 vehicles to show some basic courtesy by responding to our complaint but they did not. We now see that this incident is very much an intentional deed by the concerned people because the consignment consists of two wheeler helmets which at that time were running on demand. Hence we have decided to go public as per our commitment to VRL made earlier. We hereby have attached the sample picture of the consignment as to how they are being marked when it is booked for transit and the scanned copy of the original consignment bearing a delivery acknowledgement of the wrong party despite having or name as Consignee to show the public our claim. Starting with this we would be sharing this post along with proofs to all the logistics company across India, all those organisations that have accredited VRL for their achievements, all media & social networks, etc. till our voice is heard.
