Dr. Kranthi Kiran is a Consultant Neurosurgeon at Neuroscience Centre Hubli, Vivekananda Hospital,Hubli and Karnataka Institute of Medical Sciences, Hubli. He is also the Director at Hubli Scan Centre. He is a very well renowned consultant across the North Karnataka region.
Dr. Kranthi Kiran has done MBBS and M S in Gen Surgery. He has completed D N B(Gen Surgery) and M C H in Neurosurgery. He also has received fellowship in Endoscopic Brain Surgery and Micro Vascular Surgery.
In recognition to his work, he has been conferred with many prestigious awards for his services. He has been conferred with the IMA Award consecutively for 6 years from 2004 - 2009. He was awarded the Karnataka Rajyotsava Awards in the Year 2009.

Kembhavi Architecture Foundation is a full service Architecture design firm with office in Hubli and Bangalore. Various design sectors include housing, retail, commercial, transport terminals, educational institutions, healthcare, hospitality etc.

Vivek Pawar is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and founder of Sankalp Semiconductor Pvt. Ltd. He brings in 18 years of industry experience in varied functions of General management, Operations, Program management, Customer Relations and rich experience is Mixed-Signal and Analog Product Design, System On Chip (SoC) Development including firmware development. Prior to Sankalp Semiconductor, Vivek was Program Manager at Texas Instruments Inc. (Houston, USA) during 2003-2005 and General Manager for Broadband Silicon Technology Center in Texas Instruments India, Bangalore from 2000-2003 and a part of the TI India Management Team.

Under Vivek’s leadership, the TI India Mixed-Signal Group grew from less then 40 engineers to 200+ by 2002 and more then 35 IC’ products were released to market in different areas such as Video Graphics, Data Converter, Digital Still Camera, GPS RF, Broadband DSL and wireless LAN, with many products winning international acclaim. The team under him was responsible for developing multiple firsts in the world’s Analog/Mixed Signal Products completely from India, with few of them receiving international awards and acclaims such as: the world’s first integrated DSL front-end with analog front-end and hybrid amplifier, the EDN Asia award winner in 1999; the world’s first single chip DSL (at the time, the nearest competition was still at a 3 chip solution), the EDN WW award winner 2003, , along with the SoC.
Vivek completed his BE (E&T/C) from the College Of Engineering Pune (COEP) in 1985 and worked with Videocon International as Production Manager before joining MTech at IIT Kharagpur.

Santosh Huralikoppi, CEO, leads the NSI management team. Santosh is the driving force behind NSI Corporation's global business. Amway India Enterprises. From March 1986 to August 1986, Sandeep worked as a Financial Analyst with M/s. Unisys Corp., based in Roseland, New Jersey, USA. From 1987 to 1991, he was the Vice President of M/s. Ferro Concrete Co. (India) Ltd., Indore. Since 1992, Sandeep was Director in M/s. Southern Ferro Ltd., Hubli and M/s. First Steel Co. (Pvt) Ltd., Hubli.
An active member of his community, Sandeep was the President of the Hubli Mid-Town Rotary Club, Area Chairman of the Round Table India (Area 10), and Chairman of Hubli Round Table No. 37. Sandeep is also a member of various associations, including the Hubli Gymkhana Club, the Rail Golf Club and the Bangalore Golf Club. Dr. P.B Roodagi possesses 15 years of qualitative experience in Teaching / Student Management and Administration. He worked as a resource person for various orientation workshops conducted by Karnatak University. Dr. Roodagi has worked with various corporate houses in Bangalore and Mumbai. He has been the Managing Committee Member and Editor-in-Chief for the news bulletin of the North Karnataka Management Association, Hubli.
He has presented papers on “Developing Industry- Institute Interface: Issues & Strategies at Association of Indian Management Schools” and on “Gennext: 1H & 5Ws of Commerce and Management Teaching” at the National Seminar organized by D. M. College of Commerce, Mapusa, Goa. He has designed, developed and customized training programs and teaching curriculums for students. He has also extensively lectured, organised and co-ordinated at various workshops, events and seminars.
Dr. Roodagi holds a PhD degree from the Shivaji University, Kolhapur, where his thesis was entitled “Problems and Prospects of Small Scale Industries in Dharwad District”. Dr. P. Dr. Neelam Maheshwari is the Program Officer for Livelihoods at Deshpande Foundation. livelihoods work covers many key themes in development: women’s empowerment; skill-building and employability; marketing for locally-produced items; environmental sustainability; and, as always, income generation. Livelihoods - Deshpande Foundation work with small to mid-scale industries and provide support across a variety of operational activities, from marketing to finance linkages. Education front Dr. Neelam Maheshwari holds Ph.D. Gender Studies at State University of New York at Buffalo.
Gautam Ostwal is a pharmaceutical manufacturer and exporter. He also works in other business domains, including pharmaceutical equipment, medicines distribution, ground nut export, and the cotton and cotton seeds business.
Gautaum is Chairman of Area AGM, Area X, for which 191 people were taken to Sri Lanka (this is probably the first time in global Round Table International history that AGM happened abroad). Gautam is an active community member: he has worked as a District Rotaract reprepresentative, as the Vice President of the North Karnataka Drugs & Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Association, as Rotary President of the prestigious Rotary Club of Hubli Midtown, and a life member of Prabhu Welfare Service. Gautam has built 132 classrooms, 30 toilet blocks, and 30 kitchenettes, at a total cost of approximately 3 crores.
Mr. Bhushan Jayade is a Doctor by Profession and Practices Dentistry. He has done his BDS – Bachelor of Dental Surgery and Completed in August 1994 at SDM College of Dental Sciences DharwadHe has Completed his MDS-Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery in February 1998 at SDM College of Dental Sciences,Dharwad.
