TiE Hubli organised a session on "How Leadership and Business Skills are critical for company" by Mr. C. Srinivasan, ex-Vice President Cosmic Circuits on 7th June 2013. Its necessary to have strong leadership team to create world class companies, Mr. C. Srinivasan as a co-founder was instrumental in creating a world class company with a valuation of more than Rs.100+ Crore.
Mr. C. Srinivasan shared his entrepreneurial journey from building a world class company. He focused on How Leadership role in the organisation have impact in creating successful organisation. A Good Entrepreneur is a good leader, he takes entire team along with him and fill the energy to contribute to the success of the organisation and sustainability.
