Ms. Yeshasvini Ramaswamy
Ms. Yeshasvini Ramaswamy is the Managing Director of e2e People Practices Pvt. Ltd, a Leadership Audit firm that helps entrepreneur CEOs scale their businesses. Her dynamism has seen her create various platforms to promote entrepreneurs and women leaders. In her current capacity as the Chief Anchor for the School for Leadership & Entrepreneurial Excellence, she has successfully launched the JGI iDEAPG program and set up an exclusive school for CEOs called the CEO Satsang. She is also on the Management Committee of JGI Ventures that has committed itself to sector agnostic seed funding.
A former management consultant at Infosys BPO, she has built her expertise in creating people engagement models to help organizations track their ROI and business performance.
With her career spanning over 13 years with rich experience in startup environments, she has facilitated learning through mentoring and group sessions to more than 3000 people in areas pertaining to leadership principles and self-management.
She has managed migrations "Build Operate Transfer" models from countries such as USA, Australia and England in KPO, and BPO industry segments. She has also been instrumental in building robust recruitment processes which hired over 3500 employees.
Prior to starting her entrepreneurial venture, she headed the People Practices function for the Velankani conglomerate comprising of companies diverse fields ranging from Financial Services, Infrastructure support to Food services. With her interactive and thought provoking style of communication, Ms. Yeshasvini has become popular as a visiting facultyat leading business schools including the IIM-B. She was recently invited to the 99th Indian Science Congress as a Key Note Speaker on Women Empowerment.
She has been widely quoted in press on women entrepreneurship and HR issues with Economic Times naming her a pioneer woman entrepreneur in the HR space.
She is one of the core members of the CII (Confederation of Indian Industry) Women Business Leaders Forum (WBLF) in Bangalore and the Management Committee Member of the CSI. She has also contributed to the NASSCOM’s Diversity & Inclusivity Initiative by heading their Cultural D&I group.
She is a Certified Psychometric Analyst and more recently has been recognized as an emerging future world leader by GIFT an initiative supported by the Bill Clinton Global Leadership, USA.
She is currently working on integrating Education, Entrepreneurship and Community Development in a way that it comes self-sustainable with delivery on social impediments for India.
