Business Networking Meet was held on 26th September 2013, this seminar is organized by UK Trade and Investment (UKTI) in association with TiE Hubli Chapter to promote trade & investment between U.K and India.

Objective of this event are:

1. Promote North Karnataka as preferred foreign investment destination.
2. To create collaboration opportunities for local entrepreneurs and industrialists.
3. Showcase North Karnataka and its entrepreneurial eco system.
4. To give a global exposure to local entrepreneurs in understanding the U.K market.

UK Trade & Investment (UKTI) is the national government agency that helps UK-based companies succeed in the global economy. It also helps overseas companies bring their high-quality investment to the UK’s dynamic economy. UKTI in India helps companies in Britain increase their competitiveness through overseas trade in India. UKTI also offer professional, authoritative and personalised assistance to help companies in India locate and expand in the UK.



Mr. Ian Felton, British Deputy High Commissioner to Karnataka, interacted with TiE members to promote trade between the two countries. TiE Hubli Chapter president Mr. Naveen Jha, Vice President Mr. Vivek Pawar and District Industry Center, Joint Director, Mr. Maltesh Jeevannanavar were present in the event.
