Ketan Deshpande is the Founder Chairman of the NGO called : Friends Union for Energising Lives (FUEL), started in 2006, and working for awareness of education opportunities among students of Class 10-Class 10+2 in India.
Fuel conducts seminars & workshops across Maharashtra/Karnataka to guide students on various career opportunities available after their 10th and 12th. These seminars include awareness about competitive exams like Scholarships, Talent Search, Olympiads, Abacus etc. at school level and various entrance exams for engineering, medical, biotech, animation etc. Since 2006, Fuel has reached more than 1,00,000 students in Maharashtra and over 15,000 in Karnataka. This year, FUel has been invited by the other 04 MP's to replicate our above program under the name MP EduConnect, there for over 03 lakh students of 7th to 12th
