About Us

The Indus Entrepreneurs (TiE), A non-profit organization was founded in 1992 in Silicon Valley by a group of successful entrepreneurs, corporate executives, and senior professionals with roots in the Indus region. There are currently over 13,000 members and more than 3,000 charter members in 55 chapters across 13 countries.TiE Hubli is committed to fostering entrepreneurship in the Hubli-Dharwad region. It was launched in the year 2009. It aims to instill the spirit of entrepreneurship through networking; mentoring and lecturing. It aims to focus on instigating the second generation entrepreneurs to innovate and spill unique business ideas in to the business. It also intends to create an entrepreneurial environment in the region. .

Open Session with TiE Global Mentors

TiE Hubli Members had a Open Session with well known serial Entrepreneurs/mentors Dr. Gururaj Deshpande, Mr. Hemang Dave and Mr. Raj Melville on 18th  August 2012 in Deshpande Foundation. TiE Members Mr. Prabhat Agarwal, Co-founder of Sankalp Semiconductor, Mr. Vijay Mane, CEO, NexGen Album and Mr. Prashanth Yadav, CEO, Spandana Copper Conductor presented their Biz Plan to the Set of panelists headed by Serial Entrepreneurs Dr. Gururaj 'Desh' Deshpande and received feedback, suggestions and advice from the experts. It was really eye opening session for all the local entrepreneurs to understand the business 
techniques from the entrepreneurs perspective. 

Mr. Hemang Dave, Venture Capitalist shared his Entrepreneurial Journey and Venture Capital experience with all the TiE members. He motivated entrepreneurs to face the challenges and move ahead.
