TiE Hubli has taken new initiative by forming a Special Interest Group HR Cell (Human Resource Cell) in Hubli-Dharwad. The basic idea of forming HR Cell is to find the solution by taking experts help and to retain the talent in Hubli-Dharwad. It gives the platform to share and get the help from other HR personnel to implement best HR policies in the organisation. HR cell will be working to retain the talent and to build the sustainability in the organisation. We had 21 representatives from various companies.
